Fort Tower in St Petersburg set to complete in 2016
Set on one of St. Petersburg’s principle thoroughfares just south of the historic city centre and in close proximity to the airport, Fort Tower will deliver about 29 000 m² of Grade A+ office accommodation in a prime location with modern facilities (LEED silver rating targeted) and tremendous public transport links.
The 21-storey (80 metres high) Art-Deco and Empire-styled tower will be a landmark building and, via its 19th floor level Sky-Bar, one that will also allow people to get a rare top-down view of this world heritage city.
The project is on site and set to complete in Q4 this year.
